Organising events is important more so for Management students as they must learn the mechanics of planning and organizing. MGMU IOM&R has created a unique opportunity to make the students organize this mega event to learn and work together.

The students organize a three day event for undergraduate students which include the conduct of 10 competitions in outdoor and indoor events. The students work in teams and are left very free to take decisions. The students manage the entries of the teams, conduct the events, manage the finances and organize inauguration and prize distribution functions. It gives the students a great insight in to the team work, collaboration, leadership and negotiation skills etc.
