MGMU-Institute of Management and Research, chh. sambhajinagar organized a visit under “STUDENT CAMPUS CONNECT PROGRAM” at INFOSYS, HINJEWADI PHASE 2 at PUNE The students of MBA, BBA and B.COM participated actively on 20-01-2024 in association with the Training and Placement Cell, MGM University, Chh. Sambhajinagar.

Program through its various initiatives demonstrates how the corporate learning unit has created innovative alliances with academia, learning consortiums, subject matter experts and others to support or manage elements of education and learning programs. The objective of this visit was to learn the various good practices offered by Infosys towards the management of facility centre at Pune.

Ms. Smitha Thomas – Associate Lead – HR at Infosys BPM Pune and Ms. Bindiya Pranjape – Lead HR, Learning and Development at Infosys Pune interacted with the students and explained about campus life @ Infosys, career opportunities in Infosys, skills to be attained for great career in IT and many more.

Students also enquired various queries related to careers and goals in IT. Mr. Arindam Ghosh, HR Business Leader at Infosys, highlighted “The Connect” that can be established for learning through their open source platform – Springboard.
