IOMR, MGM University organised a workshop on “GTM-Go To Market Strategies” for the MBA and BBA students on 24-01-2024. A total of 170 + students from MBA and BBA participated in this workshop. The objective of this workshop is to understand go-to-market strategy for students to take your product to the market. It is essential for laying the groundwork for a successful business moving forward for students.
As a resource person for this workshop, Ms. Himaja Sonthi, Director, Saas Transformation and Program Management, US emphasized upon how go-to-market strategy is a plan to launch a new product or service in-market or launch an existing product in a new market. Another highlight of this workshop was to understand go-to-market strategies and how they tend to focus on the short-term goals for an organization. Typically, a GTM strategy includes a mix of direct and indirect channels to educate, support, and distribute your product to customers.
